| Managing risk and uncertainty in Beyond Budgeting implementations by Matthew Leitch, 3 November 2003 |
Attached to this page are two documents developed with assistance from members of the Beyond Budgeting Round Table and its organisers. The first is a document in MS Word format with guidance on how to manage risk and uncertainty when implementing Beyond Budgeting management models. It goes much further than you might expect because a key part of this is developing robust project plans and so the guide goes into some detail on the steps needed. The second document is in MS Excel and lists activities in a typical Beyond Budgeting implementation. If you are wondering what could be involved in your project, in practical terms, this is a good place to start.
